Job Summary: Site Leads provide day-to-day operational oversight of contractor personnel supporting Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training programs at Fairchild AFB, WA, or JBSA, TX. These roles serve as on-site representatives responsible for coordinating contractor activities, ensuring the effective execution of contract requirements, and maintaining communication with Government leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Site Leads ensure contractor personnel support training operations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), approved Programs of Instruction (POIs), and applicable directives. These roles coordinate scheduling, workforce readiness, and operational support functions necessary to sustain high-tempo training operations while maintaining compliance with safety standards and program requirements. Site Leads work closely with the Contract Program Manager and instructor cadre to ensure contractor personnel are properly integrated into training operations and that all contract support activities are executed efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning and execution of SERE training events across courses in support of the Program Manager
- Maintain visibility of course schedules, instructor staffing requirements, and training resources
- Coordinate with program leadership and Government representatives to ensure training requirements are met
- Support the execution of SERE training courses conducted at Government facilities and remote training sites
- Ensure training activities are conducted in accordance with Government-approved curriculum, training schedules, and operational guidance
- Monitor training operations to ensure compliance with applicable safety and training standards
- Maintain awareness of instructor certification status and training records
- Coordinate instructor qualification, recertification, and training activities as required to support course execution
- Ensure instructors supporting training events meet qualification requirements prior to performing instructional duties
- Coordinate training logistics and instructor assignments to ensure adequate staffing for training events
- Maintain communication with program leadership to address training requirements, staffing needs, and operational considerations
- Assist with planning and coordination of training activities at remote training locations
- Maintain awareness of training documentation and reporting requirements associated with course execution
- Support the preparation and maintenance of records associated with training operations and instructor qualifications
- Maintain the ability to support SERE instructional duties when operational requirements dictate
- Support classroom, laboratory, or field instruction when required to maintain training continuity
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years experience supporting SERE training programs or comparable high-risk training environments
- Experience coordinating personnel, schedules, and operational support functions in structured training or mission support environments
- Graduate of SV81A SERE Specialist Training
- Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Ability to meet the physical requirements and pass the human factor evaluation necessary to safely conduct field and laboratory training
- Ability to support extended duty days and non-standard work schedules as required by training cycles
- Demonstrated experience coordinating training operations or instructional programs
- Ability to manage multiple training events simultaneously in a high-tempo environment
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Recent experience supporting Full Spectrum Level C (High Risk of Capture) SERE training
- For the Texas-based Site Lead, recent experience supporting ECAC or SERE Specialist training programs
- Experience managing instructor teams or coordinating course execution
- Experience contributing to curriculum development, lesson plan refinement, or instructor certification processes
- Familiarity with SERE training documentation, certification requirements, or course administration
- American Red Cross CPR and First Aid or equivalent
- Wilderness or survival medicine, e.g., NOLS Wilderness First Aid, First Responder, or EMT
Required Background Check: Must have a T3, T3R or National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC)

T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement:
As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full-time, part-time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP. Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
