Job Description
The Conservation Customer Success Representative (CCSR) is the primary advocate and guide for growers entering Taranis sustainability programs. This role is responsible for articulating the value of conservation, navigating complex enrollment workflows, and maintaining high retention through exceptional service. The CCSR is ultimately accountable for acquiring, converting, and retaining growers within our conservation service ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Enrollment & Conversion Management
- Lead Acquisition: Proactively engage with leads generated by Regional Account Managers (RAMs), Customer Success, and Marketing to pitch the economic and environmental benefits of sustainability programs.
Grower Conversion: Guide growers through the sign-up process, ensuring all digital and physical documentation is executed accurately and efficiently. Value Communication: Clearly articulate the ROI of conservation practices to move growers from "interested" to "committed."
- Regulatory & Agency Liaison
Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for FSA (Farm Service Agency) and NRCS (Natural Resources Conservation Service) offices to request and track necessary documentation. Form Preparation: Process incoming data from state offices to generate precise forms and technical documents required for program applications.
Workflow Oversight: Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, following up with NRCS offices post-submission to ensure applications move toward "Approved" status.
- Data Integrity & Reporting
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of every grower’s progress using Salesforce, internal spreadsheets, and project management tools. Status Transparency: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the "health" of the conservation pipeline and any bottlenecks in the agency approval process.
Requirements:
Agronomy & Farming Expertise: A strong foundational understanding of agriculture. Prior experience with conservation practice programs (EQIP, CSP, etc.) is highly preferred. Customer Success Background: Proven ability to manage customer relationships, de-escalate "problematic" situations, and manage a high volume of accounts.
Communication Excellence: Demonstrated ability to translate complex government programs into simple, value-driven conversations for growers. Administrative Precision: High attention to detail regarding legal and government documentation.
