Job Duties:
Project Liaison provides primary support to the Project Coordinator by keeping track of the project calendars and assisting with quarterly and annual reports. This position oversees all administrative tasks related to program coordination. The Project Liaison serves as the initial point of contact for the project handling incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails.
The position ensures all appropriate paperwork is processed and maintains the electronic filing system. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
