A day in the life of an Intern, Brand Marketing & Press at Timberland looks a little like this. A day in the life of our Brand Marketing & Press intern is fast paced and collaborative.
You’ll support campaign launches, assist with press outreach and sample trafficking, help coordinate events and shoots, and track media coverage – gaining hands on
experience:
to how the brand shows up in culture and within the industry. This position will be reporting into the Director of Global Communications. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
- Support seasonal sample management (orders, returns, tracking) • Manage product seeding and distribution to influencers, VIPs, and press • Support press deliverables, tracking media coverage, and preparing seasonal press kits • Support the seasonal catalog process • Assist with event logistics for brand and in-store events • Provide administrative support including processing invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining department archives • Assist partners and external agencies to ensure a best-in-class representation of the brand • Partner with apparel and footwear product teams to assist with sample management • Learn to work in key finance and budgeting portals to assist with processing POs and billing What do you need to succeed?
