The Robertson County YMCA is Now Hiring for Day Camp Lead Counselor Position Type: Seasonal Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

As a Day Camp Lead Counselor , you’ll guide campers through action-packed days while stepping up as a leader when needed. 👉 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Age: 18 Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: Previous experience or coursework in childcare or recreation preferred Certifications: New Hire Orientation (before your first shift) CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days of hire)

*NOTE: This is a seasonal position running from mid-May through early August. The role requires consistent availability Monday–Friday. Shifts can be scheduled within the window of 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., but you will work no more than 8.5 hours per day, up to five days per week.* **Applicants must be able to commit to this schedule and availability for the full season.**
