Adventure Camp Counselors implement daily camp schedule focusing on developing paddlesport skills and adventure experiences in a fun environment for children ages 8-14 years old. They are responsible for the personal care, safety and discipline of campers. Camp Counselors also maintain proper staff child ratios and know all emergency procedures. Counselors must be adept at problem solving, innovative thinking, adapting to change, and proficient at delivering exceptional customer service. Counselors must be able to work entire summer from late May through mid-August, Monday through Friday.
