We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.
The Corporate Travel Agent works with the customer care team, the recruiting team and healthcare providers to arrange for air, car and hotel accommodations to provide white glove service to ensure the traveling healthcare provider’s travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. The travel agent also works with leadership to arrange for travel for internal employee travel.
Additional Details:
Use GDS system to book travel.
Assist in making professional accurate travel arrangements for our doctors, including air, car and hotel.
Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed.
Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience.
Build and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements:
Extensive Worldspan skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail.
