HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Works to manage incoming leads and create opportunities in a timely and effective way supporting domestic independent bicycle retailers and house accounts to prioritize and maximize sales for Custom Water Bottles.
  • Develops relationships with market leaders to track and deliver sales results that meet and exceed sales goals set forth with the team leadership
  • Works with customer to efficiently and thoroughly capture each order request in detail to support full order process successfully
  • Works with our department to constantly improve the way in which we work together to drive positive change
  • Works seamlessly with Graphic Team to help meet and exceed customer expectations on custom printed bottles assortment
  • Works in conjunction with production team to understand lead times, inventory levels, and all details required to fulfill orders on time with accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Customer Service Experience of 2+ years
  • Sales Experience of 3+ years
  • Outlook, Salesforce, and Oracle experience a plus

Pay

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based on the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: $55,228-$91,126

At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
