Reports to: Vice President, Global Design - HOKA


Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid)

The Role

As the Director of Color Design for HOKA Apparel, you will lead the color design strategy and execution for our innovative and performance-driven apparel line. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our color design aligns with brand vision and market trends, driving the aesthetic and functional aspects of our products.

Your Impact

  • Lead the development and implementation of color design strategies for HOKA Apparel.
  • Collaborate with design, product development, and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling color stories.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform color design decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of color designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.
  • Ensure color consistency and quality across all apparel products.
  • Present color concepts and strategies to stakeholders and leadership.

$195,000 - $205,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
