The role is responsible for the JD business planning and operation, for the brands and to achieve and maximize online performance. This includes managing tasks, identifying and resolving issues, communicating status with business functional areas, and external customers and vendors. It is essential that the candidate understands the scope and effect of all new or upgraded products/systems, solicits input from all constituents, and involves all appropriate teams.
He or she must have strong understanding of ecommerce technologies and trends, addressing un-met customer needs, and seizing market opportunities to define exceptional digital solutions.
15% PLANNING
•Assist line manager to deliver differentiated operation strategies between JD POP and JD self-operated store.
•Assist line manager to adjust annual sales plan and quarterly/monthly break down, including but not limited to by product demand forecast, performance marketing and OPEX.
•Well understand GTM before every season and assist line manger to adjust and refine according to the current business situation.
•Based understanding of annual plan and GTM, plan for the next rolling 3 months, including but not limited to operation focus, by product demand forecast and performance marketing.
40% OPERATION & EXECUTION
•Manage JD platform (JD POP + JD self-operated store)individually, including but not limited to sales plan, platform resource seeking and plans execution.
•Execute and follow up with TP on the 30 60 90 plan execution and evaluation.
•Solid feedback after brand campaign and platform event with detailed numbers from operation and product wise.
•Seize and leverage platform proper resource prepensely to drive brand awareness and sales.
35% COMMUNICATION
•Maintain good relationship with JD category team and can negotiate with them for exchanging the resources in line with business planning.
•Work closely with internal team to better results
•In-time and clear request with sales input on business needs.
•Set KPIs for every JD team member in agency and evaluate quarterly and yearly.
10% BUDGET / P&L MANAGEMENT & ROUTINE
•Tracking and assist line manager to control ecom P&L to meet the target, regular reporting on OPEX performance against plan on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
•In charge of regular reporting by with different department and TP agency.
