The Tour Guide is responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming prospective purchasers, building rapport, and guiding them through the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® tour experience in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and connect with prospective purchasers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout the tour process.
Build excitement by showcasing the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program, lifestyle, and resort amenities.
Learn and understand each guest’s vacation interests and needs to set the stage for a compelling sales presentation.
Support the Sales team by preparing guests for the ownership presentation, creating a smooth handoff that maximizes engagement.
Provide a welcoming, memorable, and high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of Holiday Inn Club Vacations.
This role is designed as the first step in a rewarding sales career path. Tour Guides will have the opportunity to participate in our Holiday Inn Club Vacations Real Estate Licensing program and, within three months, advance into our Elite Sales Consultant role with high earning potential and long-term career growth.
