The Tour Guide is responsible for creating a positive first impression by welcoming prospective purchasers, building rapport, and guiding them through the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® tour experience in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and connect with prospective purchasers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout the tour process.

  • Build excitement by showcasing the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program, lifestyle, and resort amenities.

  • Learn and understand each guest’s vacation interests and needs to set the stage for a compelling sales presentation.

  • Support the Sales team by preparing guests for the ownership presentation, creating a smooth handoff that maximizes engagement.

  • Provide a welcoming, memorable, and high-quality customer experience that reflects the values of Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

This role is designed as the first step in a rewarding sales career path. Tour Guides will have the opportunity to participate in our Holiday Inn Club Vacations Real Estate Licensing program and, within three months, advance into our Elite Sales Consultant role with high earning potential and long-term career growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Conducts a guest presentation and tour as trained at scheduled times. Provides perspective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property and Model Tour
  • Attends training classes on an on-going basis. Participates in demonstration/assessment rides that are scheduled with the Sales Managers and/or Sales Training Managers
  • Builds relationships with assigned Sales Training Managers and all members on the Sales Line Team. Assists in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic and correct manner
  • Ensures and/or performs coaching and action plans as provided by the assigned Sales Training Managers and/or Sales Managers. Explain the features and benefits of the points program and recommends the amount of points to be purchased to take care of current and future vacation needs
  • Delivers the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience. Achieves personal and departmental written objectives as provided or determined throughout the fiscal year

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be willing to obtain Arizona Real Estate License with 90 days of start
