Field Quality Engineer, Turbo Systems

In this role, you will work with multiple teams to identify and solve rider facing challenges on our Turbo Systems (ebike components). Engaging directly with Rider Care, Engineering, Product Management, and our Suppliers to investigate root cause and implement permanent corrective actions.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Lead Early Field Failure Analysis on new products
  • Be a go-to technical resource for Rider Care teammates
  • Use data to prioritize investigations and validate solutions
  • Collaborate globally to improve product quality and rider satisfaction
  • Influence future product design through hands-on insights
  • Provide detailed feedback and reporting to key Turbo suppliers
  • Serve as a key connection point between field-facing teams and Turbo development

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Bachelors in engineering, Physics, or similar
  • 2–5 years in engineering or project management
  • Strong communication, project management, and technical skills
  • Passionate and experienced cyclist with a strong understanding of rider needs
  • Hands-on experience with bike maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Passion for solving rider-facing challenges
  • Bonus points for experience with global collaboration, technical writing, Office 365, Confluence/Jira, and Tableau.
