The Role:

As the HOKA Distributor Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with regional distributors to drive brand growth, visibility, and sell-through across the EMEA region.

You will act as a key liaison between the HOKA EMEA central marketing team and local distributor partners.

To this role, you will bring strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures. We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-impact brand experiences through third-party partnerships.

Your Impact:

  • Act as the marketing contact for all distributors across EMEA, collaborating with all areas of marketing
  • Work collaboratively with all departments within marketing to ensure briefings to & plans from distributors are aligned with overall marketing & channel strategies for the season
  • Brief all distributors on seasonal goals and objectives, as well as brand strategy and target consumers
  • Drive the key and secondary city strategy implementation in region.
  • Receive and reviewing pitch-backs from distributors. Aligning with internal marketing teams on approval of plans. Providing feedback to distributors
  • Partner with distributors to ensure all elements of the activations are on-brand and aligned with strategy
  • Act as a brand champion, understanding what is driving impact and when to push back with a considerated rationale

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Experience managing distributor or third-party marketing relationships across multiple markets globally
  • Excellent project management skills and systems knowledge
  • An understanding of the EMEA region and understanding of market nuances
  • Experience in sports, running, fitness or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is essential for this role
