Kids Camp Counselor

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Our camps or special and one of a kind because of our exceptional counselor staff. This position will embody the qualities of leading in-camp activities, providing genuine support for all participating children in wilderness and nature excursions, and exude a high level of excitement and energy that lends to genuine participation and impact for all. This role would have a deep love of the outdoors and working with kids across a variety of activities and pursuits.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for our guests. 

 Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Wilderness/Nature experience and willingness to be adaptable and learn/try new things.
• Be collaborative, provide stoke and high lvl of passion, take the time to listen.
• Be adaptable with the ability to actively participate in solving problems and creating solutions.
• Empathetic to the needs of others and the ability to demonstrate patience.
• Ability to maintain mental, emotional, and social resiliency and handle stressful situations appropriately in a fast-paced, interactive environment.
