About the Role
Are you a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader ready to change the travel industry?
We're looking for an exceptional National Sales Manager to not just lead, but to inspire our remote sales team (Global Purpose Specialists) across the country. This role is about setting the pace, crushing targets, and changing lives through travel with our agency partners to drive our objectives and redefine travel in the industry.

This is a hybrid role based out of our awesome Brisbane HQ, giving you crucial face time with the team while maintaining flexibility needed for the role.
Elevate Performance: Directly lead, develop, and coach a remote Outside Sales Team (GPS) to consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. You'll be the architect of their success.
Strategic Growth: Oversee and optimise our GPS teams to drive increased agency sales quarter-over-quarter. You will manage and grow key agency partnerships at both leadership and product levels.
Operational Excellence: Own the sales pipeline, implementing forecasting and data analysis to predict outcomes, identify new growth avenues, and proactively address market challenges.
Culture Carrier: Foster and champion a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performance team culture, ensuring your team is fully engaged and aligned with our organisational values.
On the Road: Get out on the road! Conduct field visits (minimum two days per quarter with each GPS) and travel regularly (domestic and international) to coach in real-time and solidify partner relationships.
3+ years of successful experience leading and managing a sales team—you know how to coach from a distance.
Proven expertise in business planning, budgeting, and sophisticated sales forecasting.
Deep knowledge of the regional travel industry, especially the independent travel agent sector.
A track record of driving and implementing business improvement initiatives that demonstrably boost sales performance.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide top-tier sales professionals.
An analytical mindset—you interpret sales data and market trends to inform and execute strategic decisions.
