About the Role:

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our campground and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You'll supervise teams across various departments, including Maintenance, Grounds, Guest Services, and Activities. You'll address guest concerns, manage daily operations, and foster a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

  • Guest-Centric Approach: Greet guests with a smile, address their needs with attentiveness and respect, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the General Manager and other team members to achieve campground goals.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome.
  • Promote the Experience: Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Organized and Efficient: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
  • Must be able to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse with prolonged screen time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and stand 80% of the time.
