Partner Specialist Lead

Job Summary

The Partner Manager – E-Parts is responsible for leading the integration and execution of Specialized’s key E-System suppliers (motor, battery, etc.) across Taiwan and Mainland China, in close collaboration with EU-based product development teams. This role ensures supplier performance, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution.

How You Will Make a Difference

1. Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary interface between SBC and assigned manufacturing partners.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based partnerships to enable seamless execution.

2. Performance Management

  • Lead regular reviews on Delivery, Quality, and Ramp-Up performances.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues in coordination with internal teams and partners.
  • Track and manage key metrics (OTD, production accuracy, launch readiness)

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Quality, ME, Logistics, Sourcing).
  • Contribute to sourcing strategy and allocations
  • Drive resolution of critical issues, and ensure readiness for NPI and scale-up.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives internally and externally.

4. Team Strategy & Talent Development

  • Support strategic alignment within the Partner Management team and contribute to annual objectives and roadmap.
  • Encourage best-practice sharing and promote a culture of accountability and skills development.

5. Issue Resolution & Action Planning

  • Drive structured problem-solving with clear gap analysis, ownership, and timelines.
  • Monitor action implementation with stakeholders and ensure timely, measurable outcomes

What You Need to Win

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in partner management, supply chain, or procurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; other Asian languages are a plus
  • Strong ability to work with European teams across time zones
  • E-Parts or system integration experience is a strong advantage
  • Background in the bike industry is preferred
