We are in search of a Motorcycle Rental Assistant. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy making customers smile, we want you to join our growing team!


Duties & Responsibilities:
•Conduct vehicle demonstrations and check-in bikes at rental return
•Attend some events including tradeshows, bike events, and meet-ups
•Transport customers to and from hotels, etc.
•Transport vehicles to and from other locations, as needed
•Assist with rental bikes as they are returned and/or needed for walk in customers
•Walk the floor and assist customers with apparel needs when rental team is with customers or unavailable
•Use EAGLERIDER's reservation system to take photos of bikes at pick-up and return, documenting vehicle damage, if any
•Complete basic safety check on motorcycles after rental return
•Answer phones and communicate basic information to customers to secure reservations
•Greet customers and engage them as they return from their ride

Required Skills:
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to multi task
•Clear and concise communication skills
•A quick learner with a can-do attitude
•Ability to ride a variety of makes and models of motorcycles
•Comfortable driving a 12 and 15 passenger van and trailer
•Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, with an M1 endorsement
•Basic knowledge of HD models
•Basic knowledge of motorcycle apparel
•Eagerness to take on projects
•Flexibility in schedule (Events/weekends)
•Computer proficiency (Basic knowledge)
