Summary Description:
As a Rental Technician you�ll be the expert who gets guests geared up, comfortable, and confident before they hit the slopes. You�ll bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, your love of helping people, and your knowledge of the sport to deliver the best-in-class guest service on which we pride ourselves.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Planning Your Next Run):

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience.
• Get people excited for their ski or ride day by expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert
• Share your knowledge of gear and mountain culture, guiding guests toward the right equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions
• Other duties may be assigned

What Makes You a Fit:

• You�re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule � holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You�re good on your feet (literally � standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
