Reservations Sales Agent

Position Summary:

 
We are in search of a Reservations Sales Agent that is bilingual with first-class customer service skills to join our growing team. 
This individual will be responsible for sales, customer service and support for retail motorcycle rentals, self-drive tours, and Club EagleRider membership. 

Compensation includes an hourly salary and commissions.
  
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage customers via all company retail channels; call center, online and in-store
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different types of topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance
• Coordinate with tours team on all incoming retail and wholesale self-drive tour bookings.  This may include customer communication, route building, bookings, changes to reservations, hotel bookings, Mobile Tour Guide App coordination, and anything else required for front and back-end tour fulfillment. 
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Route calls to appropriate resources, if needed
• Follow up on customer calls/messages where necessary
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

• Able to work with a team of like-minded individuals
• Bilingual in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is required
