RV Park Ranger (part-time)

INTRODUCTION TO ROLE  (Part-time, typically 9am -3pm)
RV Rangers assist with all site set-ups for arriving and departing guests. They are responsible for monitoring the park and communicating all issues and concerns to management. Rangers always provide excellent customer service to prospective and current guests and residents in the resort.

^^^Part-time, and seaonsal roles are not eligible for health benefits.
 
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Assists guests as needed with directions to their site.
• Checks transient sites daily for departures and communicates status to frequently to front desk. Removes trash from recently vacated transient sites (Essential)
• Checks all sites for issues or problems (i.e. water, sewer, hornets, etc.). Reports all maintenance issues and concerns to Maintenance Supervisor and/or maintenance (Essential)
• Prepares sites for arrivals (blowing, raking, re-setting electrical, etc) and communicates frequently to front desk.
• Provides trash collection service at each site daily.
• Fills propane for guests.
• Assists with landscaping (raking, blowing, trimming) as needed.
• Assists with basic routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Delivers notices to guests as needed.
• Follows safety procedures while performing duties
• Handles guest and resident questions and complaints directly or refers them to the appropriate party
• Provides guests with accessibility by patrolling the resort frequently and assisting them when needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH  
The RV Park Ranger reports to General Manager and collaborates with campground staff. 
 
WHAT YOU BRING   

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Strong organizational skills
• General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, and ground maintenance
• Ability to read and to provide legible written reports
• Hard-working and willing to take direction and carry-out tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable in attendance and schedule adherence

• Good physical condition and strength
