Your Job:
The Brooks Creative team imagines/designs/curates/manifests creative concepts, campaigns, and assets that define and express the Brooks brand. Web, digital, events, print, retail, packaging—even porta potties— are our canvas and runners are our inspiration. Our growing team seeks an Art Director – Image and Video to lead, concept, plan and be on location for our lifestyle, editorial and brand content related photography and video projects.
As Senior Designer, Art Direction you’ll bring your creative vision, energy, and runner insight to make Brooks the brand runners love. You are ready to drive any project that comes your way, from concept development, video, and photo art direction, shot and story board planning, to on-set creative leadership and collaborating with partners in retouching, video editing/color and motion graphics.
As the Senior Designer, Art Direction – Image and Video, you will translate business and marketing goals into compelling, insight driven photography and video assets to be used across the various marketing and creative platforms. You will be well versed at orchestrating brand, editorial, concept exploration, art direction, and the craft of visual storytelling to create an exceptional experience that achieves results. Your visual range must have the elasticity to stretch across asset creation for multiple platforms including editorial, ecommerce, social, CRM, media, print and retail. You will play an essential role in expressing the visual ethos of the Brooks brand, drawing on customer insight for inspiration and talent for execution.
\nCompensation:
The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $96,358- $144,538 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
