Ski Patrol

Join the Tenney Resort Ski Patrol team and help keep our mountain safe, responsive, and welcoming for all guests. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for strong skiers with a passion for safety, teamwork, and outdoor adventure.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure guest safety by enforcing resort rules and responding to emergencies
• Administer first aid and transport injured guests via toboggan
• Patrol trails, assess conditions, and perform maintenance
• Coordinate rescue operations and lift evacuations
• Assist with incident reporting, hazard mitigation, and skier education
• Support races, special events, and collaborate with other departments

What You'll Need:

• Age 18+ with strong skiing skills across all terrain
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before season start)
• Clear communication, basic reading/writing skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and handle stressful situations
• Comfort with transporting injured guests and exposure to medical hazards (training provided)
• A Plus: OEC (Outdoor Emergency Care) Training or equivalent (EMS/RN)
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
