Summary Description:
As a Snowboard Sales Associate, you�ll be the go-to expert for all things snowboarding. From boards to boots to bindings, you�ll share your knowledge and passion for the sport to help guests find their perfect setup. Along the way, you�ll keep the shop looking sharp, support inventory needs, and deliver an authentic the best-in-class service experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Planning Your Next Run):

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun, friendly shop experience
• Help riders find their dream setup by sharing your expertise in boards, boots, and bindings
• Dial in the perfect boot fit so riders are comfortable, supported, and ready to ride all day
• Keep the shop organized with fresh merchandising and clean displays
• Help track and manage inventory so the shop stays well-stocked
• Other duties as may be assigned

What Makes You a Fit:

• You�re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule � holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You�re good on your feet (literally � standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
