The Role

Sr Manager, Creative Operations will be an instrumental part of the HOKA North America Marketing Organization and evolution. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity of HOKA across various retail and event environments in North America. Sr Manager Creative Operations and Production will lead the Creative Operations and Production Management for HOKA North America and will be responsible for the leading project management of omni-channel creative concepts end-to-end, and production of creative work with internal and external resources. Reporting to VP Marketing, NA this individual will collaborate closely with Global Creative, Creative Ops and regional marketing leadership and functions to effectively deliver quality creative and elevated content to meet business needs and goals of the HOKA brand. You will collaborate with a team of in-house and freelance professionals to create great work that will shape and define the HOKA brand worldwide.

Your Impact

  • Lead and manage HOKA creative operations and production.
  • Integrate and transition into Asana project management tool for the entire creative team.
  • Develop request queues, build and update templates, and establish reporting protocols.
  • Review and assign incoming briefs, oversee and manage campaign programs.
  • Track portfolios of various workstreams and maintain custom form and template integrity.
  • Forecast resource issues and report key milestones.
  • Partner on strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage workflow of incoming design and copywriting projects.
  • Lead weekly meetings with creative team members to track project status.
  • Communicate milestones, deadlines, and delivery dates with stakeholders.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and WorkFront or similar
  • Degree in Marketing, Art, Design, Communications, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in an in-house creative team for a Direct-to-Consumer, global brand

$145,000 - $155,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
