About the Role:
Join our team as a Theme Park Vacation Planner, helping families and fans create magical vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and international Disney destinations. You’ll provide expert recommendations, manage bookings, and ensure clients have seamless and unforgettable Disney experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning Disney vacations, including parks, resorts, and cruises.
Provide guidance on tickets, dining, Genie+ selections, and itineraries.
Manage reservations, payments, and travel documents.
Stay informed on Disney promotions, seasonal events, and park updates.
Deliver excellent client support before, during, and after their trip.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Passion for Disney travel and guest experiences.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
