Job Description
- Assume role of a travel personal assistant to UOB's high net worth customers
- Responsible to manage enquiries for travel and lifestyle related services, plan end-to-end components of customers' travels which include but not limiting to, curating customized itineraries, arranging flights, accommodations and land services and ultimately, a post-trip follow up
- Work with internal product specialists as well as destination concierge partners to deliver extraordinary travel experience to customers through tailor made and experiential programs
- To be savvy of current travel and lifestyle trends, be instrumental in providing customers sound recommendations and ensuring they are fully satisfied with the overall product and service
- To keep abreast of new product development, internal marketing and promotion activities and participation in customer events, as and when required
- To provide superior customer service and deliver bespoke customer experience with the objective to build customer loyalty
