You will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, sending out correspondence, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files and providing information to both internal and external callers.
You will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple tasks toward maximum productivity. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within our team.
Qualifications/Skills:
1 - 2 years’ experience in an office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility with a sense of humor
Manage multiple priorities at one time
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in internet research
High self-motivation and ability to work independently
High level of experience with internet use
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of software
