Position Overview and Impact:
We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to support our internal and external teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient travel logistics for client meetings, roadshows, and campaign-related travel. The Travel Coordinator will manage all aspects of travel planning, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and itineraries, while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
The Basics:
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: Evening and weekend shifts
Primary Functions:
Coordinate travel arrangements for internal staff and external partners, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and road trip logistics
Support business development initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate travel planning for client meetings and events
Maintain detailed travel itineraries and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with internal departments to align travel plans with campaign schedules and operational needs
Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide real-time support during travel periods
Track travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications and Expertise:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
