**This is a 4x10 (4days, 10hrs) work schedule**
Summary: The Weekend After Hours Travel Agent role manages a high-volume of Corporate and Entertainment travel needs from re-accommodating clients due to flight delays/cancellations, re-issuing tickets (pricing/faring) for domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate is someone who works independently and is able to manage highly stressful situations with Ultra High Network clients including C-Suite VIPs and celebrities.
To Qualify, you must have:
- 7+ years' experience working as a Corporate Travel Agent
- 5+ years' experience working as a VIP (C-Suite)/Production/Entertainment Agent (music touring)
- Strong proficiency on Sabre GDS (booking complex PNRs, pricing/faring domestic & international tickets)
- Excellent ticketing experience (including exchanges)
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and make sound decisions at a moments' notice
- Experience booking hotels, ground transportation (shuttles, limos, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms
Schedule (Pacific Time Zone Hours):
Saturday: 8a - 6p
Sunday: 8a - 6p
Monday: 4p - 2a
Tuesday: 4p - 2a
