Location: Specialized Whitwell, Rutland Water
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

As a Workshop Technician, you’ll play a key role in our retail team — delivering exceptional service, solving problems with precision, and helping riders get the very best from their bikes. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your technical skills and customer-first mindset will shine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing friendly, expert support to customers in-store, over the phone, and online

  • Building and safety-checking bikes for display and rider collection

  • Diagnosing and repairing bikes to a high standard

  • Managing warranty claims, deliveries, and stock transfers

  • Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate records

  • Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and well-maintained

  • Upholding professional, approachable conduct at all times

  • Supporting the wider store team with any reasonable tasks
