What You'll Do as a GuideAs a Guide, you’ll play an essential role in delivering safe, fun, and engaging experiences for our guests. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team responsible for the daily readiness and safety of your assigned course(s), working closely with senior guides and management to ensure excellence in every adventure.
Your main responsibilities include:
Guiding and assisting guests through zipline and off-road tours (with a Guide III or higher)
Learning and using basic ziplining techniques, including: partner zipping, brake block use, and sending participants
Supporting cleanliness and upkeep of the property and equipment
Participating in training, staff meetings, and ongoing education
Reporting safety and performance feedback to management
Helping maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Acting as a positive representative of our company core values to guests, peers, and the community
No prior experience required – we provide all training!

Position Type: Seasonal Hourly (with potential to grow into year-round based on initiative and performance)
Pay Grade: 16-18 and hour plus tips
Continuing education and advancement available (move up to Guide II and beyond!)
