Sunrise Park Resort is looking for a zipline guide to lead groups through outdoor adventure courses, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, providing instruction, and delivering enjoyable experiences. Zipline Guide facilitates exciting and secure journeys, engulfing participants in nature's allure.

Responsibilities:

Lead zipline tours for groups of varying sizes and ages

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during tours

Provide clear and engaging instructions to participants on how to use equipment and navigate the zipline course

Assist participants in putting on and adjusting safety equipment

Monitor and assess the condition of the zipline equipment and report any issues to the Rec Manager

Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions or concerns participants may have

Maintain a positive and fun atmosphere during tours while also enforcing safety rules

Assist with other duties such as check-in, retail sales, and equipment cleaning as needed
