about:
this position: Maintains physical condition of resort properties.
- Performs routine building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, dry wall repair.
- Performs general building maintenance.
- Assist in and provides minor repairs and maintenance for assigned resort properties.
Checks, maintains and repairs the properties to ensure maintenance and general safety standards are met.
- Assists less

Requirements:
High school graduate with two years of trade school in building maintenance or equivalent
experience:
preferred. Minimum of 4 years'
experience:
in commercial building maintenance with expertise in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs. Ability to work within broad directives and perform work alone when requested. Available to work evenings and weekends as required at times. Hourly Pay Rate: $24.84-$29.51 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
