ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, and accountability. Be a strong team play within Employee Housing and HR departments.
- Monitor, review, and audit the Employee Housing email inbox; respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide front-desk assistance to employees and residents visiting the Housing office, including documenting questions, concerns, and maintenance needs and communicating them to the appropriate team members.
Answer and assist all inquiries received through the main Employee Housing phone line, including front-door intercom calls.
- Assist in processing mail and packages is the Parcel Pending software system.
- Support the creation, review, and seasonal auditing of housing letter templates.
- Process and update employee housing applications; track applicant security fees and license fee payments; and communicate resident information to property managers, resident advisors, and HOAs as needed.
Audit housing allocations and relocations under the direction of Employee Housing Managers.
- Prepare legal housing documents, coordinate electronic signatures, and ensure all residents maintain a current license agreement.
Generate and maintain reports related to scheduled move-ins, occupancy, inspections, and manager assistance. Meet with new residents to complete the move-in process and clearly communicate employee housing rules and policies.
- Maintain and update master resident lists and the Rent Manager software, ensuring all information remains accurate and current.
- Provide housing-related updates and information to other department managers as needed.
- Assist with communication and coordination between maintenance teams and employees/residents.
- Process resident move-outs by coordinating inspections, completing security fee reconciliation forms, reviewing returns in accordance with resort financial and accounting policies, processing returns, and communicating outcomes and timelines to residents.
- Assist the Operational Manager with entering/reviewing inspections in Rent Managers software.
- Coordinate inspections with Resident Advisors.
- Support Operational Manager with incentive programs for residents.
Prorate and review bi-weekly license fee payroll deductions; reconcile submitted versus actual deductions; communicate outstanding balances; and assist with collection of delinquent payments.
- Assist Administrative Manager with reviewing payroll deductions for collection and addressing employee/resident questions or concerns regarding balances owed.
- Assist the Administrative manager in gathering materials and data for business planning (e.g. monthly occupancy analysis)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Uphold a professional presence in the housing office located within residential housing properties. Actively support the Human Resources team by assisting with HR-led events and functions and contributing to a positive, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere.
- Participates in events and functions hosted by HR, creates a positive and creative atmosphere.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Employee Housing Managers.

WAGE: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to
