    Year Round JOB TITLE: Building Maintenance Technician II DIVISION: Maintenance REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Resort CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/Year-Round/Hourly We are looking for somebody that is willing to maintain the inside and out of Solitude Mountain Resort infrastructure! This position is responsible for taking care of all buildings and utilities, including alteration and installation of electrical, plumbing, masonry, and general maintenance that arises daily.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pool/Hot Tub Inspection: Chemical testing and adjustment as necessary, water levels, filter cleaning, acid washing, feed system calibration, equipment repairs, and chemical refilling Building maintenance (Facilities, Lodging, and Private Homes under contract): Performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and more Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing faults in machinery, pumps, motors, lighting, and 3-phase electrical panels Preventive Maintenance: Conducting scheduled checks on all infrastructure and reporting to the maintenance manager and deficiencies to be addressed Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety standards, including proper PPE usage and chemical handling Repair restaurant equipment, including refrigeration equipment Inspect, maintain, and repair outside building appearances (i.e. roofing, gutters, painting, landscaping, etc.) Accurate Note Recording: Document daily maintenance activities, repair costs, and any inventory adjustments Complete work orders for Solitude Resort Buildings & complete projects as requested by Solitude Management Train level I techs and assist level III techs Assist other departments when needed and as requested Job

    Requirements:

    Valid Driver’s License 3-5 years of maintenance

    experience:
