REQUIREMENTS:

· Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must · Capable of standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 40lbs. · Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends · High school diploma or equivalent - preferred · Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude’s standards · Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler’s Permit and Utah Alcohol Training.

JOB DUTIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greeting and seating guests and communication with servers. · Positive communication with guests using phone, Open Table, and in person. · Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including bussing and cleaning tables, windows, and floors. · Responsible for trash and recycling removal and disposal.

· Provide guest service while bussing tables to include answering guest questions for mountain information, directions, restaurant information, etc. · Responsible for taking orders and delivering room service, using stairs and tray service · Support restaurant staff with any other task that is needed to be done.
