- Oversee all scheduling of daily gondola operations and special events for guests and internal customers to meet budget Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop

, abilities and knowledge on their own Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions Guarantee that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved on a daily basis and provide coaching and correction as needed daily Follow all Company and Department Safety Policies and Procedures Must be able to communicate efficiently and be able to work in a team environment Must have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel Be able to work flexible work schedules and long hours to complete emergency repairs Develop and emplement new procedures to further guest and employee safety and efficiency Conduct weekly safety meetings with the operators to cover safety Share company information and operational issues with employees to keep them informed Conduct and document operator traning for all winter operations Ensures that payroll is accurate and complete each payperiod Write and conduct mid-season and final KRA reviews for the gondola operators Required to take care of customer and employee incident reports in a timely manner Split time evenly between the Panorama and Village Gondolas Pay: $68,640.00 - $73,732.50 per year To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
