of this position may change. JOB SUMMARY The Lift Operations Maintenance Technician position maintains and repairs Lift Operation’s buildings and equipment, including resolving complex maintenance problems.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
REQUIREMENTS:
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
skills:
Must be self-motivated and able to maximize use of time and resources Must be able to work independently and with a team Must know how to safely operate power tools and saws
Experience:
in carpentry, painting, electrical, general building systems and related areas desired Knowledge of heavy equipment operation desired ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Paint and retouch lift terminals Buff and replace gondola windows Stain lift shacks Repair/replace ski ramps Assist in general maintenance and repair Roofing Collaborate and work with various departments on the mountain PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS- This position is required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to work varying schedules May be required to lift 50+ lbs.
to perform essential functions May be required to maneuver up to 160lbs Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on a regular basis Able to work in all weather conditions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
