for year round employees POSITION SUMMARY The Mountain Camp Supervisor is responsible for coordination and oversight of all aspects related to the daily operation of the camp program in cooperation with the Child Care Manager. The Mountain Camp Supervisor ensures campers are supervised, engaged, and following developmentally appropriate practices.
The Mountain Camp Supervisor will ensure that the counselors are supervised, well-trained, and that the facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. This is a full-time seasonal position,
compensation:
begins at $23.00/hour. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Fosters communication between parents and counselors through daily interactions Oversee three camp groups between ages 3-10 Assist with activity planning, organizing, and provide feedback as needed Assist with the set up and planning for camp before the season starts Encourage and assist counselors with transitions and behavior management Conduct and document monthly safety meetings per Stratton

working with kids between 3-10 years old Camp counselor
