Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle a variety of pastry items according to standard procedures.
- Follow daily prep lists and maintain portion sizes, baking methods, and kitchen hygiene.
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Communicate product shortages or quality issues to the Kitchen Manager.
- Attend safety meetings and assist kitchen stewarding staff when needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- California Food Handlers card required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

Requirements:
- Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring close vision and manual dexterity.

Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the work place is usually loud.
