    Job Summary: Support the purchasing department and contribute to the successful operation of food & beverage. Supervise daily receiving, product and equipment deliveries.

    • Oversee all F&B preventative and emergency maintenance including equipment and facilities.

    Responsibilities:

    /Duties/Tasks include the following: other duties may be assigned: Tracking of all F&B maintenance requests and equipment logs. Communication conduit between chefs, managers, admin, building services and thirdparty vendors. Owns the repair of existing equipment including troubleshooting, repair quotes, and scheduling.

    Identifies and coordinates new equipment purchases and installations.

    • Coordinates staff trainings for new and existing equipment.
    • Manages the F&B departments waste removal in cooperation with third-party vendors and ensures alignment of resort and business unit sustainability standards.
    • Ensure all deliveries are accounted for and delivered to proper venues.

    Fill and deliver liquor breaks. Credit card reconciliation and expense management.

    • Assist in placing orders via PO and credit card.

    Ad hoc data collection and reporting projects.

    • Support F&B outlets during service as needed.
