ESSENTIAL DUTIES Setting up & breaking down prior to & post service Ability to create & maintain positive rapport with everchanging clientele Clear understanding of the steps of service in an upscale/fine dining environment Daily close-outs and deposits, as assigned To arrive at your shift in uniform, well groomed, with a positive attitude Possesses a proficient knowledge of wine, beer & liquor Handle all guest concerns in a professional and timely manner Additional duties as assigned

Previous service industry
experience:
Vermont DLC certification Flexible work schedule that may include early mornings and will include nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift and walk with at least 40 pounds Ability to follow directions Ability to work independently and in a team environment Certified to serve alcohol in accordance with Vermont State Liquor Laws Must be organized, be able to multitask and be able to make quick independent decisions PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
