About Us:
At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Oak Forest, we are redefining aging, not as a slow fade into sedentary decline like watching TV reruns on the couch, but as a bold path of strength, vitality, and connection. This means lifting weights, dancing with grandkids, and living fully every day. The question isn’t, “Will you grow old?” but “Which old will you choose?” We make aging with strength accessible with affordable, personalized massages and facials, like our signature hot stone treatments that restore mobility, ease tension, and rejuvenate the spirit. From weekly recovery to lifelong self-care, we empower clients to thrive. As a family-owned spa, we are a tight-knit team passionate about lasting wellness and helping others build stronger, joyful futures through true well-being at every stage.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base for top leadership: $55K salary + KPI bonuses up to $11K annually ($66K total potential) Paid time off 401K with company match Free monthly massage or facial Discounts on services and products Values-driven culture emphasizing integrity, respect, and growth
Details:
40+ hours/week: Standard schedule 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), Wednesdays/Sundays off for recovery and balanced staffing, supporting a 5-day workweek with work-life balance. As floor leader, provide flexible coverage: Includes 2 closing shifts/month (e.g., 11:30 AM–8:30 PM or shorter Sundays) for call-outs, peaks (holidays/promos), training, or check-ins.
Embrace occasional Sunday/evening adjustments to gain business insights, enhancing decisions on staff, marketing, and goals, boosting spa success and your earning potential. This hands-on role involves in-spa check-ins/check-outs to keep teams focused on services. Flexibility is essential; if you can’t commit, this may not be the right role.
Training & Transition:
Comprehensive remote video training (recorded Zoom/Teams sessions led by former spa manager) during your standard in-spa hours: Build staff/client relationships, review materials/handbook, join corporate meetings with current manager, and complete Zenoti system training. Full in-person presence required from day one, no remote options.
At our spa, we prioritize respect, results, and supportive culture. Happy leaders build thriving teams and loyal clients. With innovation and growth opportunities, this role suits committed individuals ready to elevate. Great things begin with the right person.
