Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead a variety of camp activities, including sports, arts and crafts, nature exploration, and team-building exercises.
• Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating respect, inclusivity, and good sportsmanship.
• Facilitate group discussions and encourage camper participation to promote learning and personal development.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of camp facilities and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor camper behavior and implement strategies to address any conflicts or challenges, promoting a harmonious camp atmosphere.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continually improve

Qualifications:

Education:
