Your Role As A Counselor As a Camp Counselor, you’ll be the heart of Camp KEFF.

• Guided by the Camp Leadership Team, you’ll ensure each camper feels welcome, safe, and valued.

From leading activities and resolving conflicts to collaborating with other staff, you’ll create a positive and memorable

experience:

Your Responsibilities:

Safety First: Prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of campers. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious group dynamic. Program Leadership: Plan and implement engaging activities that align with the camp’s goals. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff to support camp-wide programs and events.

Mission-Driven: Uphold the mission and values of the PJCC and Camp KEFF in all your interactions. The Fine Print Schedule: June 15 – August 7 (with limited schedules to August 21) Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with mandatory staff training from June 8 - June 12 (8am-4:00pm including an overnight).

$721–$836 per week based on
