Your Responsibilities as a Patient Service Coordinator:

Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines

• Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management

Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly

• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

Qualifications:

At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required). 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

• Schedule

Full Time Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)

Compensation:
