HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • In support of our water bottle sales and production teams, manage and process orders ensuring accurate creation of all pick tickets and production jobs by monitoring customer account on both credit terms and prepayment through PayPal within timely expectations set forth by sales teams including Specialized Retailers and Owned Retail, House, Key Account, and International orders

  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders regarding order ticket accuracy and any required order follow-up

  • Support Accounts Receivable Specialist as needed by assisting with timely creation of pick tickets and production jobs for stock orders

  • Lead various projects assigned by supervisors to help streamline and improve efficiency

  • Communicate daily orders for department visibility on production pipeline and Outlook

  • Meet account receivable operations standard by creating new customer accounts, updating customer records, and updating financial records

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Team Player who brings positive team attitude to the way in which we work, understanding that individual efforts affect the collective success of everything we do

  • Ability to understand complicated and multi-step processes

  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to keep multiple detailed tasks on track

  • Able to hit deadlines and know how to manage priorities in your workload to hit them knowing that deadlines are necessary for the team you work with

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience with data entry

  • 1-3 years’ experience in customer service

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software, Salesforce, Adobe, and PowerPoint

Schedule: In Office Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

Pay

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: $16.60-$26.39/hour

At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
