Role Overview:

Retül, the global leader in bike fit experiences and technology, is seeking a teammate to assist with manufacturing, finance, and sales operations. This growth-oriented role will prepare you to take on more responsibilities in how Retül operates. The candidate should enjoy collaborating with many teams, be detail-oriented, tolerate Oracle and love Excel. If there is a role that is the glue that keeps everyone going, this is it! The role will be on-site at our Morgan Hill, CA facility.

Key Responsibilities:

•Order and Procurement Management: Coordinate monthly tracking, receipts, order closures, and purchase orders.
•Supplier Engagement: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely order fulfillment, negotiate pricing and delivery terms to enhance operational efficiency, and manage supplier performance through feedback and corrective actions.
•Inventory & Transfer Operations: Oversee product receiving, SKU creation, and Bill of Materials support in Oracle.
•Finance & Sales Tracking: Work closely with internal finance department and support financial reviews.
•Coordinate order priority and delivery with our Retail Success and Retül Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) OR 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business systems management.
•Previous experience with Oracle ERP systems (preferred).
•Experience with accounting and finance a plus.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

California Base Pay Range: $44,782-$73,890

At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
