Communication & Sports Marketing Specialist
Sports Marketing & Partnerships
- Manage the ambassador and athlete program in Spain: recruitment, onboarding, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Oversee sponsorships and partnerships with teams and organizations, defining objectives, deliverables, and ROI measurement.
- Coordinate product seeding and content collaboration with athletes, ambassadors, and influencers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all sponsorship and partnership touchpoints.
Communication & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute B2C communication campaigns (email marketing, product launches, customer engagement initiatives).
- Create and distribute B2B newsletters for retail partners (product updates, activations, and marketing assets).
- Manage Specialized Spainβs social media channels and community engagement.
- Collaborate with ambassadors, athletes, and influencers to generate authentic storytelling and user-generated content (UGC).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and recommend optimizations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in sports marketing and digital communication.
- Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for cycling and sport.
- Proven experience managing ambassadors, influencers, or sponsorships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Native Spanish; fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
